Q1: Is this right for me if I am already months (or years) postpartum?
Absolutely. There is no expiry date on postpartum rehabilitation. Whether you are 3 months or 3 years after delivery, your body can still heal, strengthen, and respond to the right rehabilitation approach. In fact, many of the women I work with come to me long after their delivery because nobody told them help was available. It is never too late to start.
Q2: I had a C-section. Is the HealFit program still relevant for me?
Yes and it is especially important for you. C-section recovery is often misunderstood. Your pelvic floor was still affected during pregnancy, your core was surgically cut through, and your scar needs specific rehabilitation too. The HealFit program fully addresses C-section recovery including scar tissue, core restoration, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Q3: How is this different from just doing Kegel exercises at home?
Kegel exercises are one small tool in a much bigger toolbox they can cause more harm than good if done incorrectly or if your pelvic floor is already too tight. A proper rehabilitation program assesses what your body specifically needs first, then builds a progressive plan around that. HealFit is clinically led, individually tailored, and addresses your whole body, not just one muscle group.
Q4: I am breastfeeding. Is it safe to start now?
Yes. The HealFit program is designed to be safe at every stage of postpartum recovery, including while breastfeeding. We take your full picture into account including hormonal changes that affect tissue during breastfeeding and adapt your program accordingly.
Q5: How does telehealth physiotherapy actually work? Can you really assess me properly online?
This is one of the most common questions I get and the answer is yes. Telehealth pelvic physiotherapy has been validated by research as highly effective. Through video, I can observe your posture, movement patterns, breathing mechanics, and functional movements in detail. I also use validated self-assessment tools that give me accurate clinical information. Many clients are surprised by how thorough and personal the process feels.
Q6: How much time do I need each week? I have a baby I am already overwhelmed.
I built HealFit specifically around the reality of motherhood. Your weekly telehealth session is 45–60 minutes. Your home exercise program takes 15–20 minutes per day and many exercises can be done during nap time or even alongside your baby. The goal is always to fit your recovery into your life, not the other way around.
Q7: What if I start and it does not work for me?
Before you join the program, we have a free discovery call where I assess whether HealFit is genuinely the right fit for your needs. I will only invite you to join if I believe I can help you. Within the program, we track your progress at every milestone and if something is not working, we adapt. Your results matter to me.
Q8: I am based outside Nigeria. Can I still join?
Yes HealFit is a fully telehealth program built to serve Nigerian women wherever they are in the world. Whether you are in Lagos, London, Dublin, Houston, or anywhere else all you need is a phone or laptop and a reliable internet connection. Payment options are available for both Nigerian and international clients.
Q9: How much does the program cost?
The full investment for the 3-month HealFit Premium Program is listed on this page below. I also offer a flexible payment plan so you can spread the cost across your program. What I can tell you is this the cost of leaving these issues untreated is always higher, financially and physically, than the cost of addressing them properly now.
